  • How does the free trial work?

    Once signed up, you will be allocated 200 free validation credits to test and familiarize yourself with the system. Once those are used up the trial has ended, and you can enter billing information to begin using the system. For questions about how to increase credits for testing or setting up an account, email support@emailoversight.com

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    EmailOversight accepts payments via Credit Card, ACH, WIRE, or Check.

  • What happens if I go over my plan?

    If you are using a monthly billing cycle, your plans are determined by a volume-based tier. If you exceed the current tier, you will be automatically moved to the next pricing tier for that volume. If you’re on a prepaid set of credits, you will be contacted to refill those credits and have 3 business days to do so.

  • Is there an API?

    Yes there’s an API for Email Validation, Postal Validation, and Data Enrichment. You can see your API credentials inside your account on the left side of your UI.

  • How many emails do you accept in one list?

    There is no limit to the amount of emails within a single list. The larger the file, the longer the cleaning process will take.

  • Are we charged for unknowns?

    No we do not charge for unknown response codes.

  • Can I buy credits instead of paying for monthly usage?

    Yes, please speak to your sales representative to review options for prepaid usage credits.
